Installation Instructions:

Install Windrop 1.6.3 package and replace executable and modules using files in this zip  archive.

Warning: eggdrops/windrops with different handle lengths cannot share userfiles !!

Compilation environment:

Cygwin 1.1.8 netrelease with gcc 2.95.2-6
modified Bind 8.1.2 port for cygwin
Tcl 8.3.2 - MINGW build
